Women & Ownership / Owning It, But Not Literally

with Andrea Tateosian

Drea began her bartending career in DC at the (now shuttered) acclaimed U Street speakeasy The Gibson while applying for jobs in finance. Before the pandemic was lead bartender at the award winning new hotel bar from London-based Mr Lyan, Silver Lyan. She currently works part time as assistant editor for The Blend, an online bartending resource by Beam Suntory, and eagerly awaits the day she can step back behind the bar. Drea's approach to bartending is warm, accommodating, and light-hearted. Outside of work Drea enjoys reading, feigning indignation, enthusiastic karaoke, and playing with her tornado-pup Paco.
