I think I make the perfect wild card. I graduated from National Bartender's School in August 2011. Soon after that I was hired by Jay's Catering in Orange County CA. From there I took a gamble and tried out for Miss Speed Rack at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA where I was able to qualify for the Top 8. This was truly a suprise as I was up against 20+ experienced bartenders from the area! With even more experience under my belt now (the holiday parties kept me super busy) I think in Las Vegas I could go pretty far and would truly be the dark horse in the competition. If I am chosen as a wild card I plan to practice and study every drink under the sun so I have the best chance of winning. Please vote for me!
